Client needing a one stop solution for debt review cancellation repayment

I don't have a complaint I just need urgent assistance - I have been kicked off debt review due to struggles to pay during covid - my husband was affected got short paid etc. - I now need to make arrangements to pay my loans myself. I have held onto various lines for very long to try and speak to someone. I managed to get through to 1 line but they could not help with my other loans!! please I just need a contact person to assist me with negotiating a monthly premium and make arrangements on all my FNB products I have which is credit cards etc. . It would be nice if there was such a department to help over indebted customers as a one stop service and not to be all over the show. Please I am in a very bad situation and this is a cry for help. I initially went into debt review voluntarily without any of my accounts being in arrears my credit score was good etc. the whole process has ruined my life and I am worse off than ever. I just want to salvage some of my dignity.
