Client liaison problem at FNB homeloans
All the parties - seller, purchaser, recipient of the purchase price (who is not the registered seller) in a transaction that FNB approved in January already waiting for the client liaison officer at FNB to give the go-ahead for registration to take place. The purchaser received notice that this was supposed to have happened two weeks ago already. The conveyancing attorneys state that they contact this person every five business days to follow up. Nothing is happening. From other reviews here, I see that this is not an isolated incident. There is clearly a problem in the client liaison officer's case. People are waiting for their money, businesses are going broke, money is lost every day on interest, because one individual at FNB doesn't feel like pressing a button? I'd encourage people to read the other reviews to this effect. I am taking my money and outstanding loans away from FNB and will encourage relatives with huge estates and investments to do the same.
