Client Information leaked to 3rd Party by FNB Home Loans

In the recent months a few things transpired.with.my husband and FNB Homeloans. It was an absolute shock for.him to receive a call from a 3rd party who had access to all his confidential information around his home loan, from.account number to every bit of sensitive information you can imagine. How this 3rd party have access to this kind of information unless it.was shared with them by a source within the bank.
