Client but don't quality for no benefits

I have been a FNB client like forever. First in my teens when they had the then BOB cards, left FNB but returned as I worked for the group, excellent systems but I cannot understand by I do not qualify for OFFERS...Yes I have a low credit but friends with worse situation than me and are blacklisted are applying for FNB offers and being successful.

I tried for Temp loan, declined, cell phone declined, laptop declined, I don't qualify for the wimpy offer yet my salary is in the account monthly...Tried for a minimal credit card declined...

A door being slammed everything I apply for something!!! What's the purpose of being a client when not valued 😓😓
