I am expecting funds from abroad and I have calling the bank to find out about the funds that need to be placed into my account. Today only the bank decided to tell me that my account was dormant after I had ordered I had visited one of the branches in less than a month to pick up my bank card. I am highly disappointed in this bank as this is not the first time that this is happening to me. It really causes frustration and to think of the fact that they are a competent bank, they are absolutely trash!!!

17 Oct 2022, 15:06 FNB has the most appalling services! To think of the fact that they decided to provide me with a generic response. I was asked to send proof of payment of the funds that I am expecting, and still no one is able to receive my emails when I do follow-ups. I am so done with this bank.
