Clearscore - Experian - Don't update - duplicate loan

I'm so tired of Hello Peter complaints to FNB every month! I'm on the edge of moving to Discovery! FNB does not update your credit records and when they do they go and duplicate the same overdraft account twice on my credit report.... same account number, same date opened, both show active.... I have settled my FNB Connect device three months ago, guess what still reflecting on my credit score, settled my personal loan three months ago guess what still reflecting on my credit score (Last updated 28 Feb '23!!!) This is on my latest Clear Score report that I received today! Why don't you update your records with Experian?
