Clearly unable to provide efficient service!

I still await feedback on my previous complaint where I was told that I was welcome to submit a formal complaint for being dissatisfied with the manner in which an agent spoke to me and for being unhappy about not receiving any feedback on a claim lodged with Law on call. I requested a copy of the call and was told that I'd receive this a week ago.
