Clearly no one can help me at FNB!

I forgot my pin for my premier credit card. I give FNB premier call centre and I am directed to proceed with viewing my pin online. I log on to my profile and proceed to attempt to view my pin. This option is not available. I call the call centre back who then tells me that this option has been disabled possibly due to a phishing **** involving my account and then transferred me to the ***** division. The ***** call centre says that they only deal with deactivating accounts if the customer suspects ***** and do not disable options on online backing and that they will put me back through to the premier division. This went back and forth for about and hour. Moral of story is I lost a R100 worth of airtime and still don't have my pin and that FNB really sucks right now!!!!
