Clearly no help received.

I opened an account telephonically.My card was due to be delivered tomorrow if I count 7 working days.Today I receive an SMS saying that there is a cancellation request.The call centre can't assist with me with information now I'm required to go into the bank making my life inconvenient. Clearly a bad decision moving banks
