Clearly care about the money the make from you not you

They never resolve issues you can have millions in your account with them but all they do is make promises they don't deliver yet still take money from from you. What's the point of being a private Wealth client if I have to call 10 times go through multiple assistants and still get nothing resolved 10 months later. At this rate I'm moving my business to a better bank that atleast cares about their clients
