clearing my name

I had a temporary loan with FNB which i settled back in august and i requested for a paid up letter which they did send but the problem is that i am still waiting for them to clear my name from credit bureau. and i was told that i should submit the letter to any branch bt so far im not getting any assistance and im frustrated as i do not know who is responsible to get my name cleared.
