Clearance on ITC
Clearance on ITC on the 17/10/2019 I took a temporary loan with FNB the repayment was R4163.00 which was paid on the 25/10/2019 till to date they have not yet cleared my name as paid account but it still shows that I still owe them the same amount. I don't owe them anything.
Today I have called them to send an email to ITC for clearance and to be copied on the mail and they did not copy me on the mail. How will I see progress if they don't get me involved as I have instructed?
