CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE: ID NR *** R NEL

On 2015-03-20 i received my Clearance Certificate (Form 19) which stated that all my debts were finalized and paid up. I also received a paid up letter from FNB Loan accounts on 18 February 2015 which state that my account was paid in full. on 2015-08-20 I app**** for a vehicle loan and then discovered that FNB indicate that i still have an Personal loan account to the amount of R2727 outstanding!!! I phoned FNB Loan account at no *** on 2015-08-20 at 13:27 in connection with this account no ***. After phoning different numbers I was informed that my account was not paid in full it was written of due to the fact that they did not receive any payments!!!<br> How do I clear my name? I am so frustrated. Debt Sense Group, George emailed all my credit providers with the clearance certificate on 2015-03-20 but up til today nothing was rectified.
