Clearance after payment
I had a loan with fnb and paid it up,I have proof of the paid up letter and before it was paid up it was put under judgment now problem is fnb can't assist in removing the judgement I went as far as visiting the vosloorus branch and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, I called transunion and they promised to remove the judgement but its been more than 5 months now and I can't even buy a house or apply for any account for something that I paid up.I'm very upset and disappointed in fnb and their staff
