Clear my name on all credit bureau platforms

I had a bad experience with FNB. I borrowed a temporary loan at FNB, and I failed to pay on time and so my account was handed over to Groenewald Lubbe Attorney. I got a settlement amount and I paid on the 31st of August 2022, I then requested if they could clear my name. Till I am approaching my 5th month after I made that payment, and till now my name is not cleared.

I called the Attorney, and they told me that the account is settled, and it is no longer with them.

I then called FNB TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. I have asked for a temporary loan department so I can speak to them, I could not get any help. I have going in circles. My life is on hold because of the account, I can't get a loan because of this. Please if there's anyone from FNB who can assist, please contact me.
