Clear My name from Credit bureau

I am one of disappointed and frustrated Client my name Name is Siyakha Euphram Mbontsi I am struggling to buy property because I found out that you sent my name under Credit bureau for no reason, am not owing FNB anything I am paying my credit account correctly and am not behind with payment. I've been fighting this as from last year but FNB failed to help me.
