Clarification the debit of R1297

Today R1297 was debited from my account and I asked on the Service Suite about the debit the lady said its for my credit card but my debit order for my credit card goes on the 15th and today is the 10th.She later asked me to call credit card section, this is January dont have airtime to call.So please can you kindly explain to me.
