Claims department's ***********'s

We had to take insurance for our house when we got the bond. We recently had to change our camera screen due to lightning damage. I got an answer from them one month after submitting my claim, that they rejected. I disputed their rejection and once again one week and still no answer from their claims department. This is the worst service ever. It's as if they just don't care about their customers and policy holders.
