Claiming to not sell anything when trying to sell

Received 2 calls from FNB credit card division. First agent wanted to sell credit card top-up cover. I declined. <br> Received another call today from an agent claiming to explain the \automatic debt protection\" when she was in fact trying to sell me top-up cover! FNB this is completely *********, make it clear when it is a sales call and when no!!"
