Claiming nitemare with Fnb Funeral!policy FI***

Policy FI***#today 3Junez023 as I write this review iam sitting next to my decomposing body of my cousin because my policy at Fnb claims devision keep saying in progress!since 30May 2023. THE progress report has been changing from P999 to we still busy on my Fnb App .i have submitted all the documents including 3 pages of Dh1663 death certificate.my sertified copies of me and my cousin.my bank statement certified!Spoken to a consultant Sambo who said he will escalate my claim as he have all documents!yesterday 2june spoken to a lady who co firmed to me all documents are in order will also escalate to the asserssor!while the body of my cousin is rotting here at home in Eastern Cape with no electricity!the treatment I received from Fnb claims devision is appalling to say the least!Iam payi g q Premium of R689 per month and polucy is up todate as we speak.if anyone from Fnb have the small decency can call me and tell me when must we bury my cousn!
