Claiming a continuing pain

<p>So the payout came. My insurance has excess waiver that FNB is NOT forthcoming with. What is even worse, FNB is still deducting premiums today, of the car I no longer have. I dont want explanations, you are deducting money from me, PAY IT BACK PLEASE! Including the excess! And stop deducting funds you should not be! That I will understand as being "HELPFUL"</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
