Claim Submission for Under Building Insurance
I recently had a disappointing experience with FNB Insurance that I feel compelled to share. My interactions with their claims process have raised serious concerns about their commitment to customer service and fairness.
From the onset, it became evident that FNB Insurance is not focused on assisting policyholders during challenging times. My claims were consistently denied, and the reasons provided felt vague and unsubstantiated. It seemed as if there was a systematic approach to decline claims rather than a genuine effort to evaluate them fairly.
What troubled me even more was the perception of bias in the claims process. It felt as though there was a disproportionate targeting of claims from black policyholders, which is a deeply concerning issue. The representatives assigned to my case seemed more inclined to dismiss my claims than to investigate them thoroughly. This left me with the impression that there might be underlying biases affecting the decision-making process at FNB Insurance.
The lack of transparency and communication throughout the claims process was frustrating. I often found myself having to follow up repeatedly for updates, only to receive vague responses or further delays. This lack of support during a difficult time only exacerbated my dissatisfaction with their service.
My experience with FNB Insurance has been far from satisfactory. The refusal to accept claims, coupled with a perceived bias against certain policyholders, raises serious questions about their business practices. I would urge potential customers to consider these factors carefully before choosing FNB Insurance. It is crucial for insurance companies to prioritize fairness and support, especially during times of need, and unfortunately, FNB has fallen short in this regard. People please be aware. FNB will not pay your claim no matter how legit your claim is. They will find all the reasons not to pay.
