***** claim rejected

I was involved in an accident and I got ****** my phone was ******, after my phone was ******, they hacked my fnb and stole 12600 and now fnb is telling me they can’t refund me because they can’t find how it was hacked and I also don’t know because I am not an expert so it means I should just lose money, I also wrote complaints on twitter will do videos on tik too, fnb is a **** bank and hate you guys😡😡😡
