***** claim refuted

Had *****ulent transactions whereby I don't know anything about the transaction which amounted to R7756.76. Which is my whole salary for July. I work as chef and this is my hard earned money which disappeared in my fnb account and I lodged a claim (ref no - ***) which was refuted and of which I never disclosed otp details to anyone nor my card details. My landlord is kicking me out and I have no place to stay. This is hard for me and I've lost trust in fnb
