Claim ref *** based on ********** activity to the value of R25,199.70 on my FNB Acc

On the 5th of August 2020 I saw a 500 notification, after that it was 2000, which was stated that its being debited by old mutual money account, my phone went off as i was low on battery power, at that point I went to the bank to try and stop the card as i was alarmed to the unauthorized /unknown to me debit orders. During that point i saw an amount of R22699, reflected on my email as a Hyper cooperation debit, at the same day.

This all happened within a period of after 16:00 FNB in Alberton. I stopped the card, at the Alberton FNB, and I explained to them what happened. And they then took the case to the ***** department. I am logging this because i am dissastisfied with the feedback given to me by FNB on the 10th Sept 2020, they said that i liable for these as the OTP was sent to me and i confirmed, i dont have an account at any of these palces to start off with and i could not have confirmed these transactions as my phone battery died at some point in the day hence i was alarmed to these transactions when i letter charged my phone. I never confirmed these OTP FNB should do a better investigation and give me back my money this is unacceptable that with so many procedures put in place to prevent ***** they cant trace what happened to these funds and come back to me with a lame excuse as to a confirmation of OTP they know better that *****ulant activities happen like this everyday and should know of a solution to these, FNB is ******** people and they are too lazzy to do their jobs. maybe there is a glitch in their system for which i am prepared to take the matter forward if not responded to, who know how many of their clients they give this stupid and ******* response to.

they must be hold liable and they must give answers to how this happened.
