CLAIM INVISTIGATION WITH FNB

Am note happy with an service of FNB expecially on Funeral cover claims, I have an policy number FL1O718463, I submitted claims with claims department on the 22nd of August 2024, I submitted all documents which includes police report, The FNB claims department suggest that they called me on the 072 number which I don't have, am traumatized with this matter now cause I submitted all this they needed to me, can you please assist me to invistigate what is happening with my claim on ti's matter
