Claim for life cover

My name is George Kgokane my mother passed away on 06-12-2020 I made a life cover claim with Fnb on the 13 April 2021 to date which is 27 October 2021 I have been send from pillar to post which no 1 is doing follow ups I have to contact their consultant to do follow ups I spoke to Antony and Fortuna Hlophe on *** of which they asked for medical certificate and sick leave records which Akasia hospital have send to them its been 6 months and today I spoke to Lesego who was not helpful either is this the how can we help you that you preach every day I'm disappointed with the level of service I have received totally unacceptable.
