Bad service ever

On the 5 January 2025 Someone bumped my car, up to today they don't want to pay me it 10 October 2025, The car that they bumped me it's for business (Uber) for my income, they don't care at all, I had 3 different people on my friends that they cancelled their Insurance with FNB because she was involved with accident they never wanted to pay her, very bad service.
