Claim declined

I submitted a funeral policy claim with FNB,there was no feedback i had to follow up by calling them to my surprised i was advised that my claim was rejected , apparently their policy schedule was changed without any notification , the annoying part I’m still left with old policy . I’m unhappy and disappointed with the service ,I joined this funeral policy on the 27/11/2006 to date and never made any single claim with them

i am disputing this rejection they need to look into this matter and provide feedback .
