CIPC Registration - Bad Experience - Jennifer and Lebohang

I contacted FNB regarding a CIPC registration - first told that they do it over the telephone and after being transferred 7 times, eventually told to apply online. So I app**** online 7 days ago - no acknowledgement and I follow up with a call - another 4 transfers before speaking to someone who claims they can help.

The consultant gives me an email address ********** - send all documents, reference number, proof of payment etc and I get a "this mailbox is full and cannot accept anymore emails" Call back again and consultant says to send to ********** only to seconds later get another notification that "this mailbox is full and cannot accept anymore emails".

I understand that this is not FNB's core business, but if you cannot deliver, then do not offer the service and furthermore DO NOT DEDUCT MONIES for services which have not been rendered. Empower your consultants so they don't keep having to make excuses and useless escalations to Supervisors / Team Leaders who apparently cannot take calls or receive emails.

I really would appreciate urgent feedbcack - not only has FNB's service been pathetic, but your service offering is being falsely advertised as having your CIPC registration completed in 7-14 days, as this is clearly not the case. Plus you are **********ly deducting monies from clients, without providing any service at all - I am proof of the more than R1100 worth of calls and data that I have had to purchase to get a simple CIPC registration which you advertise as costing R175!
