CIPC Registration and Business Account

So in June I wanted to register my business and apply for a business account. Being with FNB for over a decade and a half I thought they may offer a solution. Which they did. For R175 they would do my CIPC registration and offer me a gold business account. This was to good to be true. Boy was I right. I made a telephonic inquiry in May and was told by some untrained imbecile they did not offer such product that I was looking at on the FNB webpage. A couple of days later I made the online application, entered my card details. Got a reference number and done. Week later, check on my reference number. Doesn't exist. Checked on payment from my card, didn't happen. Was a bit busy with work at the time so tried again in June. This time payment went through but only to be refunded to me later for some unknown reason a week or so later. So in July I contacted my Private Banker who could assist. The idiots working in the business section who deal with CIPC wanted further documentation but not once did they contact me to request it. But now my application was in and everything, I thought was on track (this is the 26 July 2017). Boy was I wrong again. 14 August 2017 I contact my private banker to see if she could assist. She tells me she has contacted the relevant department and it has now been escalated. 22 August 2017, FNB requests KYC Document from me but doesn't send the document. Must I suck it out of my thumb and send it back. Then the 23 August 2017 they realise after I phoned and ****ped people out that they need to send it. Fill it in send it ALONG WITH BUSINESS REGISTRATION PROOF. Get my business registration done and all documents proving my company is registered. Informed my bank account will take a week or so. No problem I can now deal with that. My bank account was up and running by a week. Everything looked good. 19 September 2017, I invoice a client of mine. 26 September2017 I still haven't received any funds. Contact the client and they inform me they have, that they did it on the 21 September and sent me proof of payment. 27 September check again, no funds. So I contact the client again and they are a bit peeved and think I am accusing them of not paying. So i try to make a transfer from my personal account to my business account and low and behold there is an error. So try make a payment, same thing. So I contact FNB business banking to e informed there is a hold on my account. What the **** for no one knows. I contact my private banker who has now gone beyond the call to help me. She contacts business banking and they inform her they need proof of business registration which was sent on the 23 August. At first I refused to send them as I have already done so but due to the fact that I now need to get my other payments I submit to these useless people and do so. Now I have to face the embarassment by asking my other clients to please pay me again as FNB ****ed up royally here. The amount of time, phone calls and possible business loss here is all on FNB. I want to be compensated for this as it has been a nightmare from the start. Your client side of banking is brilliant, but business side is utter ****.
