CIPC nightmare
I used the FNB website to register a new company (PTY) on 2 November. On the 6th of November I submitted my FICA documents since then I have emailed FNB which I just received a generic reply asking me to re-submit my document with no reason given why weren't accepted the first time. I have also called FNB on 4 different occasions and every time I call I'm put on hold on and no one picks up the phone. Why bother offering a service when you clearly not able to offer anything apart from a headache?
Please supply me with a number that is actually answered.
