CIPC Business Registration still pending after nearly two months. No communication

To My Sweet Efenbie CIPC,

Why do you hurt me? Why do you ask to help me only to harm me? Why do you make promises you cannot keep?

I love you FNB, and had planned to spend my life with you but your lies hurt, they destroy my trust.

I have tried to speak to you but you will not listen; Do you remember when I called you but your systems were offline, "Try again tomorrow" you told me, "No, I can’t call you back, I am inbound only" you refused.

Do you remember how I called you every two days for a month? Do you know how many times that is my darling? How many hours I have waited for you on one line while you laugh with others on the other.

Do you remember how we would argue because you stopped working on our relationship, and how you turned it around each time, telling me to give you documents I had already given you.

You might not remember my darling, but I do. And yet I cannot remember you calling me, not even once.

You promised that you would not sleep because my business doesn't sleep yet after 4 pm I can no longer reach you. You promised to make like easy for me, yet you hide behind layers and layers of powerless agents.

I shared my dreams with you, I told you how much money I make, I told you the names of the children I wanted to register, I gave you my treasures to keep, and like your cousin, Fica asked; I showed you proof of where I lived.

In return, My heart was frustrated by your inefficient CIPC registration. Then it was broken by your lack of communication.

Now I am no longer frustrated nor heartbroken; my heart died inside. It died when in the last call with your agent, she offered to escalate my escalation!?! What have you done to your agent that she cannot even resolve simple queries and has to escalate them, even the already escalated ones!?!

I loved you my sweet Efenbie, I loved you but I cannot be with you anymore. You did not break my heart, I allowed you to break it. Thando Tshabalala Ref: 1-1HRDP80
