Christine from Aspire service suite

I am so disappointed with Christine from the secure chat Aspire service suit desk !! She bluntly ignored for for 30 minutes while waiting for a simple response regarding a simple query that another agent took less than a minute to help me with. I feel as if they take long to respond on purpose because of the automatic time frame where if you take longer than 5 minutes to send messages back and forth the query will be closed.
