Chraging Interests on a paid up Acc

I Paid off my account (Cbs Legal Dda - ***) on the 17th of October 2019 , Instead of closing my account they charged me interested on the 1st on November on an account that is suppose to be closed and removed from my profile, PLEASE CLOSE THAT ACCOUNT
