Chose your banking wisely not on hearsays

FNB is an u friendly bank and am now regretting moving banks and chose this one I really do. For a bank that you use for depositing your money as per banking culture of today to get a threatening SMS from the very same bank is unfortunate and disgusting when you're being threatened for not depositing find on time they require as if you took a loan from them. People whom bank with FNB always advise people to join but when I side there it is a different world and the app is difficult to maneuver while going on one's daily functions. Very difficult. You call in and hold for more than 45minutes until you run out of airtime and my previous bank has more people banking with it and its response and communication with clients is spoton. So dissapointed. Regretable
