Choose FNB to be given the run around

FNB is the biggest time wasting bank I have ever come across. The call centre never assists and consistently forwards your call onto other departments/ bots and the average call time with ZERO actual help is 25 minutes. Today it took over 4 departments and 28 minutes for someone to identify what the issue was with my account. When I attempted to go in branch to sort the issues out, after waiting for another 45minutes I was curtly told that I could not be assisted but they could provide a number that I can call.

Worst business bank - would not recommend
