Choose fnb if you want to get nowhere!

Service is absolutely pathetic. App**** via phone call, then waited nearly a month for the card to be delivered after providing my contact details twice. After that contacted again and being sent from pillar to post, and each agent has a different story how to register. Finally went to the branch, sat their for 2hours, person assisting said the card is active, its still not. Can't login to the app etc. The banks service is worse than SA's government.

Absolutely disgusted with this excuse for service.
