CHILDREN'S **** CLINIC'S BANK ACCOUNT FROZEN

We submitted KYC FICA documents to a lawyer in August 2014 and after many phone calls and re-emailing of documents we were told that they had received them. January 2015 we were told that no documents had been received. To our enormous time and cost we went to the bank and asked them to scan all relevant docs and send them to KYC FICA. This they duly did. Not a week later the bank account was frozen without a warning sms, email or telephone call. We then went through the entire procedure once again only to discover the the email [Email Removed] email inbox is full and cannot take any more emails. This has become a human rights and constitutional issue. We have done our bit and FNB KYC-FICA is now instrumental in endangering child **** victim's lives as we cannot draw necessary funds to purchase and dispense life-saving anti-retrovirals and other medication to stop HIV and other opportunistic infections from taking hold after ****. We have heard it can take up to 2 weeks to unfreeze the account. What do we tell our child **** victims in the meantime?
