Children in foster care matters!!!

Children in foster care matters!!! But not for FNB!!! They refused to open a bank account foe a little girl in foster care. Even though her foster mother had all documentation available together with the court order that proves she is placed in foster care up to the age of 18. What a disgrace!!! This little girl is part of my family and we are so dissapointed!!!

My kind was net so opgewonde toe ons in FNB by The Grove Mall in geloop het, met haar houertjie vol spaargeld, geboortesertifikaat en bewys van adres. Maar sy moes toe klip hard by 'n lynbestuurder hoor dat hulle nie vir haar 'n rekening kan oop maak nie, omdat hulle nie die afskrif van ons hofbevel dat sy in ons pleegsorg is, aanvaar nie. Die vrou het daar aangegaan en aangegaan, voor my dogtertjie, dat dit nie 'n normale geval is nie, want ek is nie haar biologiese ouer nie. Dit was 'n aaklige ervaring. Ons het uitgeloop, oorgestap na Standard Bank toe, als verduidelik en is sonder enige probleme dadelik in ****ak gesit met Janelle wat alle dokumentasie geverifieer het en reeds die rekening vir ons oop gemaak het.

How disrespectful!!! This is what FNB feels for our children!!!
