Cheque ***** #item paid NO1 items on

Good day.

I've had a car insurance that I canceled with Renasa. They told me the system will debit me as I cancelled 2 days before debit date. They then said I must reverse the debit but instead I just moved the money to my easy pocket cos I didn't have airtime to call the bank for reversal. Debit of R1882. 67 tried to run and I had no funds. As FNB honor debit orders where there is no funds I waited for it to bounce. When I checked the balance was now high cos of R125 #item paid NO1 items on. I don't know what this is and it can't be reversed. It was never mentioned e when I was asked to take Cheque account. I need my money back.
