Cheque Card Number 4790 Reference 255501

I was de*****ed R1300 on the 29th of September, of which one guy came as i was trying to withdraw money on the atm. He started punching numbers on the ATM keypad and when i asked him what he was doing he said he was trying to help me. I tried to stop him and this guy outside the machine came and was talking on his cellphone , the guy managed to get hold of my card whiles i was looking at the other guy,and went and stood outside. I thought the card was still in the machine and i punched my pin code as the guy had already left and was standing outside, they left, then two guys approched me and informed me that they think the guys were trying to **** me and that my money was going to be withdrawn in another machine. Thats when i went to the car to fetch my cellphone to try and tranfer the money to the other account. when i tried to transfer it gave me an error and i received transactions that my money was withdrawn. I called the FNB lost / ****** card department and cancelled my card. i reported the case at Pretoria West police station case number 637/9/2015, i had 1 witnes and camera footage. FNB informed me that they will not be able to pay my money back my money.
