CHEQUE CARD NOT ISSUED-CALL CENTRE INCOMPETENCE

I app**** online for a cheque account with FNB and they would deliver the card - after 2 months of waiting and calling, I am told today that a cheque card was never issued. Disgusting and so irritating as my employer is waiting for this detail to release my salary into the account
