Cheque card has expired

I've been trying to order my new cheque card since 1st of February 2026, old one has expired. I went to Ulundi branch, a consultant informed me that it was going to be sorted within 7 working days. 7 days passed I chatted with an online consultant, he also told me to wait 5-7 working days. Till today I don't have my card. I never new it is so complicated to apply for a new card in this bank. Very soon I will get my salary and I will struggle again to access my money.
