CHEQUE CARD FELL INTO A HOLE AT FAULTY ATM MACHINE

My cheque card fell into the FNB ATM machine at Engen Delfi Motors, 5th Street, Albertville. The slot of the machine moved up and there was a hole, which one can't see below the slot where my card fell in. As the slot is now too high one can't see properly where to enter the card. Lots of client's cards have fallen in the hole.

I feel that FNB should not charge me the R100 replacement fee and that it should be reversed at this was completely the fault on FNB's side. They should check out their machines. This also happened at another ATM machine at another garage.
