Cheque Card delivery issues

<p>My cheque card expires 01/17, I received a sms on the 28th December 2016 stating CCD will contact me,today is the 4 Jan 2017 and no1 as contacted me as yet,i contacted FNB customer service this morning and spoke to Siyabonga he was rude and told me i must contact UTI courier to get hold of my card. On numerous attempts i tried contacted UTI and there is no damn joy. As a Gold cheque card holder i never experienced this **** at all over the years and my card was delivered on time...why should i get hold of a courier for my card i an actually gutted and frustrated that i am going through this ****** **** from FNB,i expect answers and my card delivered to my door ASAP before the expiry date!!!</p> <p> </p>
