Cheque Card Delivery

I have logged numerous queries, none to my satisfaction.
Now it must be a complaint!
I was awoken by a phone call on 2017-02-18 at 08:33 by ********** , a Saturday morning!
The lady said it will take 2-3 days to deliver, we are now on the 5th BUSINESS DAY.
My Cheque card expires on 2017-02-28 YOU (FNB) have known about this for YEARS, is it really that difficult to plan and deliver a card?
I now phoned ********** only to find out that my card was only ordered this Wednesday 2017-02-22, why did the Courier then phone me?
This is unacceptable and to be honest, pathetic.
I await you VERY URGENT response!

FNB Complaint reference number is: ********** .

Still no feedback regarding anything about the delivery of my card, should I be seeing this as FNB cannot plan ahead and deliver a card on time or as FNB does not want me as a client anymore?
