Hi all,

There were ******* debits that were being debited from my FNB acc, which I queried at FNB CARLSWALD BRANCH attached bank statements to reflect ******* debits... I was advised of a 40 days turnaround time to which even today has not been refunded.

I have been more than patient, Can this query be resolved ASAP. As I still need to log in the charges that occurred due to this ******* Mzansi debit order.
