Cheque Account lies & manipulation & *****ing

A couple of months ago I was called by a consultant stating I could change from my savings account to a Gold cheque account as my little salary fits mor for a cheque account. Well very excited I did so. Last month due to my salary not being the same as the month before I withdrew all I had left & paid for the cell c debit order myself as before when I leave the money in my account fnb takes their fees & then my Debit order goes off unpaid insufficient funds which is not my fault. So I paid my cellc account in by myself to result in my number not being suspended. I got a sms stating my account is in an overdraft of over R1000 and that I should deposit funds immediately and avoid a handover. I then went onto my app and went to the secure chat where you can chat with a consultant. I asked why it was in an overdraft & would the bank take the funds when I do get paid. She said that yes they would take it as they honored my debit order payment but cell never got the payment & I have paid unpaid fees of over hundreds of Rands which my account is in a minus. I have been a loyal client since 2011 opening my account straight out of high school. And to my shock the consultant ended my conversation . It's enough Fnb you push up ur charges now you want to take my left over of my little pay that I would have left after cell c got their money cause they wouldnt anyway if I had to leave it there. I just want my Savings account back. Advice to anyone Don't take a cheque account
