Checque acc in overdraft but did not use my acc

In August 2012 I voluntarily went on debt review so all my accounts is under debt review. Yesterday I phoned FNB to make sure what my outstanding balances is on my accounts. To my surprise the lady at the debt review department told me that my Cheque account is in overdraft with R10198.38. I have not used this account since 2012 and the account was supposed to have been closed. I did not have an overdraft on this account. I need this account to be credited and closed immediately.<br>
